Acted in various roles: Product Owner of an external near-shoring team focusing on improving Operations; Agile coach, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in product management and software processes; Scrum master of an internal team working on billing and MaaS (Mobility-as-a-Service); and project manager, coordinating migration of their cloud stack.

Helped form and professionalise the newly founded Product team, providing iterative 4-month product plans to help felyx focus on the right things at the right time, based on business value, profitability and cost-savings.
