Feyenoord's digital strategy for app and web

Created Feyenoord's digital strategy roadmap for the next 5 years, including product vision, roadmap and KPIs.

Based on the digital strategy, execution of the next version of the Feyenoord Supporters app was started, reducing the landscape from three apps to one. The digital strategy also encompassed a digital transformation of the Feyenoord website to act as gateway to personal fan engagement.

The 2022-2023 run for league champions brought technical challenges, and within very tight time constraints I helped design, develop and launch a specially branded league champions website to handle the commercial success.

Amidst these deliveries a groundbreaking product, first of its kind in the Netherlands was launched to a large audience.

Two junior Product Owners that I coached while at Feyenoord have assumed responsibility of the digital strategy, Feyenoord app and website.
