December 2022 - July 2023
- Goal: Create Feyenoord's digital strategy roadmap for the next 5 years, including product vision, roadmap and KPIs.
- Achievements: Created and started execution of the next version of the Feyenoord Supporters app, reducing the landscape from three apps to one. Planned a digital transformation of the Feyenoord website to act as gateway to personal fan engagement. Delivered temporary website to handle unforeseen load during championship year 2022-2023.
- Highlight: Coached two junior Product Owners to assume responsibility of Feyenoord app and Feyenoord website
Felyx Shared Mobility

- Goal: Streamline internal operations to optimise the availability of mopeds for customers.
- Achievements: Improve the felyx product vision, software development process and managed the growing pains from startup to scale-up. Provide iterative 4-month product plans to help felyx focus on the right things at the right time, based on business value, profitability and cost-savings.

- Goal: Product delivery of AppCloud, a novel solution for delivering OTT apps from a virtualised Android platform to TV.
- Achievements: Brought the product from a well-defined Proof of Concept to production at the first customer in the US. This entailed shaping and delivering the product vision against a tight timeline, whilst coordinating the technology teams and realising partner integrations.
- Highlight: Scaled from tens to hundred of thousands of users within 3 months of launch.

- Goal: Re-develop medication-app for 800 pharmacies while safeguarding user data and privacy.
- Achievements: Led several multi-disciplinary teams (design, development, testing). Hosted regular in-depth requirement gathering sessions to elicit underlying requirements from the stakeholders. Ensured data was available and correct throughout the full development chain.
- Highlight: Made app data available generically, allowing website and personal dossiers to also be improved.

- Goal: Completely re-design and re-develop the most popular public-transport app of the Netherlands.
- Achievements: Responsible for the multi-disciplinary app and API teams (design, development, testing). Ensured strict adherence to agile principles to quickly release an MVP for extensive closed beta-testing. Set up phased roll-out to production, releasing without any issues.
- Highlight: Decreased the number of in-app advertisements while increasing gross revenue.

- Goal: With a limited budget, design, develop and release a generic museum app with a premium look-and-feel.
- Achievements: With a small but highly engaged team four apps were released, each with their own branding. Organised multiple sessions to set up a generic architecture that allows re-use in other organisations with minimal effort.
- Highlight: Very stringent prioritisation sessions with multiple Product Owners from different organisations to create a backlog that could be delivered within the time and budget constraints.

- Goal: Build a complete online grocery platform that predicts and places the customers' next order.
- Achievements: Defined the vision, direction and technology of the startup and online platform. Guided team through crunch-time to a first release followed by frequent mini-releases, pivoting when needed to ensure the best market fit. Introduced analytics to make decisions based on data instead of gut feeling.
